Changing
Your Order
After you
have entered your credit card information and clicked the "Continue"
button, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online
changes to your order.
Cancelling
Your Order
To change
or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer
service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can
enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already
entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
A Special
Note Regarding Design Your Own Watch
Items that
were specially configured by you are custom manufactured and cannot
be canceled once production has commenced.
